IFIC is a bank with corporate culture. They came to us for managing their huge archive needs. After discussing with them we come to know their need of archiving, training center & having international trading floors in one point. They had a target to make the project constructed in three phases so we conceptualised the building in three blocks – the lower one for arrival experience middle one for archives and top one is for training centers & accomodation where trainees from all over the country can come and have their training for 1 to 3 months.

on top of each block we kept lounge areas as buffer and on top most the SKY LOUNGE …
