With the name “STHAPONA” – a limited liability company with a view to provide Architectural, Structural, MEP Design Consultancy and PMCM (Project Managment/Construction Management) for different development projects. Our CEO and Managing Director Architect Rabiul Hassan graduated from BUET and worked in home & abroad – has vast work experience in countries like Dubai (UAE) & Thailand. Our Specialization is International Hotel & Hospitalities, Resorts, Service Apartments, Condominiums, High class residential, commercial buildings, Hospitals and so on…

Our Director Design & Development is Huma Qadri – a non resident working from abroad and has 18 years experience in US, UK, UAE & Thailand. Mainly dealing with our ID experts and partners working abroad. Has vast liaison with foreign experts in building industry and Hospitality sectors worldwide. It’s our strength to hunt down an international expert to provide and strengthen our team for any project with any scale.

Our drawing production and details is international quality as we comply with our international partners worldwide so we can work as a team and talk in the same language for coordination and to develop coordinated drawings which is mandatory for successful and timely completion of any project in home and abroad.

Our Support

STHAPONA not only furnish the world class design & drawings for the Project but also keep the support by continuous monitoring of the project and coordinate the whole thing with our supporting team comprising of experienced Architect, Civil Engineer, MEP Consultants and Engineers in home & abroad to ensure proper implementation of the Project. We work with the client like a partner and consult and suggest all possible ways to complete the project as a whole. Our Project Management team tracks back the work schedule and procurement schedule and supports the client’s best possible procurement to finish the project in due time. This way we left no stone unturned to have a successful project at the end.
