CHALLENGES:

Providing the locality something new in their lifestyle which can be an added value. The mixed use development accomodating Mall and Clinic, their seperate entry was the key design consideration. Moreover another two component like Banquet Hall, its services and Rentable Commercial floors are challenge to make in the same block of only 1.20 Bigha.

Other top challenge was giving the outlook of the structure which reflects that form follows the function. So people can easily identify the use of each function distinctly and the grnad entry with all the focal points.

Marketing challenge was determining the size of differnet selling units in the shopping mall and making it successful so it can be popular when it will be in operation.
